Refund & Dispute Policy

At Mosso Enterprises, we strive to provide high-quality services that meet your business needs. Due to the nature of our digital services, we maintain the following refund and dispute policies:

No Refunds on Completed Work:

Once a service has been provided, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Monthly Subscription Fees: Refunds are not provided for monthly subscription payments.

  • Setup Fees: If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase and before work has begun, a refund may be granted.

  • Custom Services: Custom-built solutions, including automation and AI chatbot services, are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution:

  • If you experience an issue, please contact us at mossoenterprisesllc@gmail.com before filing a chargeback or dispute.

  • If a dispute is raised through your payment provider before contacting us, we reserve the right to restrict future services.

Chargeback Fees:

Customers who file a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first will be responsible for any chargeback fees incurred.
